Mask in up position. Mask in down position. General Description The M Line illuminators have been designed for the special requirements of mammography viewing. It meets all applicable standards including ACR, MIL Spec and UL. For the most even illumination possible and achieve ACR reccommended light levels, 6 bulbs horizontal bulbs per tier are provided. The viewing area can accomodate 8" x 10" and 10" x 12" films. Optional is a flip-up internal light baffle that masks excess light when viewing the smaller 8" x 10" films. Featured is the patented adjustable roller film grip that carries a lifetime guarantee to hold film properly. It easily adjusts more or less firm for a smooth, positive hold. No more film dropping out because of worn or out of tolerance grips. Options include cords, film activation, master switches, tilted lower tiers, low leakage ballasts.
