Carr protective lead shields are designed and built to Carr's usual high standards. Built of heavy gauge steel, they are internally reinforced for rigidity and a clean, smooth appearance. There is no need for external "ribbing." This feature is usually found in only the most expensive competitive units. Lead lining is 1/16" (1.5mm) thick. All shields are equipped with an 8"x10" lead glass window with a 10" x12" size optionally available. Window centers are 60" from the bottom of the panel. Carr shields are finished with a durable white baked enamel finish. Other colors available on request. No area is overlooked in making Carr shields the finest.
